A skywalk constructed 14 years back connecting Dahisar West and East is in Dilapidated condition. Six years back some parts of the skywalk had fallen down, injured some people and the skywalk was closed. The skywalk is now used by anti-social elements, these elements remove the parts of the skywalk, sell it, have drinks, take drugs and create nuisance in the neighbourhood. We did signature campaign on 12/04/23 at Dahisar railway station for demolition of the skywalk. More than 300 signatures were collected. A local resident association has also collected signatures from neighbouring societies and now jointly we will be giving the memorandum to BMC for demolition of skywalk
